The recent past experience of the three partners comprising Jarvis Pudney Attorneys includes but is not limited to the following:

• Formulating and negotiating structures for the distribution and financing for Nissan, General Motors and Volkswagen vehicles in South Africa;
• Integration of a well-known consulting business into the global firm;
• Formulation, structuring, drafting and negotiation of agreements in relation to the privatisation of state forests over a five year period;
• The disposal of a significant shareholding in an international company involved in the brewing industry to two international players;
• Sale by a South African construction company of a share in a toll concession.;
• Restucturings and reorganisations of companies for commercial reasons, including but not limited to black empowerment transactions.
